No assembly required at all, the battery even comes fully charged. Just unpack, and go!

Q2: How does the chair fold and unfold?
First time driving the X40, you should view the document and watch the following video:

Q3: Can the Robooter travel on planes?
Yes, airlines will allow our power chairs on planes, you can typically roll right up to your gate and the airline will load it, and then have it ready for you upon arrival. You should check in advance of your flight on battery size allowances as some airlines will not allow our 20ah battery aboard planes, but we do have smaller batteries available as accessories which will be allowed.
Q4: How heavy is it?
Net weight 84 lbs not including a battery (7.7 lbs).
So need two people to lift and put in a car. However, It can automatically drive into the trunk of a car via a telescoping ramp. (ramp and bag are not included, contact us to get the correct size ramp)
Q5: My weight is 180lbs, can it bear my weight?
Yes. X40 max weight capacity is 265 lbs.
