ROBOOTER Brand. (ROBOOTER) X40 products (“Product”) are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship as follows, for a period from the date you receive the Product from ROBOOTER brand, which is: (i) for the frame, five (5) years; (ii) for the motor, controller, and batteries, one (1) year (“Warranty Period”), provided that the Product is used in accordance with the relevant usage documentation. If a defect appears during the Warranty Period, ROBOOTER will, at its discretion: (a) supply replacement parts that are new or which have been used but are equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability, or, with your agreement, parts that are at least functionally equivalent to the parts they replace; or (b) replace the affected Product with one that is functionally equivalent and is either new or made from new and/or used parts that are equivalent in terms of performance and reliability, or, with your agreement, a Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Product it replaces. 

This warranty does not cover (i) the normal reduction in performance of consumable and/or wearable parts (such as trim components and seat and back cushion covers) unless such reduction is due to defects in materials or craftsmanship; and (ii) damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not due to defects in materials and craftsmanship. 

This warranty is only valid for customers who have purchased their Product directly from the ROBOOTER® online store in the United States. This warranty is not applicable outside of the United States. 

Some states and countries do not allow for limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies provided under consumer protection laws and regulations and does not affect your legal statutory rights. 

Only ROBOOTER is permitted to amend this limited product warranty.
